The first recipe post! I am not a chef and I have not created any of these recipes - I just love to try what others have spent so much time figuring out! I have found a ton of really great resources online and love to experiment and try things out.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE pancakes. I have tried a zillion recipes and combinations and tend to make them on the weekends.
I will double (or triple!) the batch and then put them in the fridge to have during the week. Can we say #mealprep?!
I make small pancakes so they fit in the toaster (not to mention easier to flip!). I have found, after years of doing this, that the toaster is the PERFECT way to heat up a pancake!
