It's always so interesting that the first question I typically get (after "where do you get your protein?") is asking about all the supplements I have to take. I always nicely explain I get a wide variety of nutrients, etc....and silently wonder where they get their fiber. ha!
I really only take three things:
- A multivitamin
- Calm - a magnesium supplement
*On occasion there may be a new supplement I try for a bit, but everyday I stick with the three products listed above.
Take a look at the video for more information:
There are several vegan multivitamins on the market, but I really like this one from Future Kind. It has Omega 3, B12, and D3 - exactly what we need!
Chlorophyll - I follow Sam Shorkey, of Jacked on the Beanstalk, and on one of her podcasts she mentioned using chlorophyll instead of using deodorant. There is so many chemicals in deodorant these days that I thought a supplement was the best way to go. It is a itty-bitty, teeny-tiny, green tablet that I take everyday and it has literally been months since I have worn deodorant. And I live in Texas. Where it is 650 degrees in the summer. Isn't that crazy? I love natural fixes!!
Magnesium - ever since I was a little girl I would always get cramps in my feet and calf muscles. I found Calm a while back and it helps tremendously. I have tried magnesium capsules, but they just didn't work as well as this - so I highly recommend it!
Let me know in the comments below if you use chlorophyll or will consider using it instead of deodorant!!
