What should you keep in your pantry/fridge now that you are vegan?

Do you think you have to buy everything brand new when you transition to a plant-based lifestyle? You probably already have a pantry/fridge full of things you are already using and you might not have to buy much! Take a look at this video and see if there is anything you are missing!

1. Oats

2. Frozen fruits and veggies

3. Tofu

4. Plant-Based Milks

5. Peanut Butter

6. Sweet Potatoes
