What sort of self care are you participating in? I really love taking the time to exercise and set aside time to read books. As long as I have those things in my life - life is good! What are some of your self-care things you do?
With the new year upon us I think this is the time to set those goals - and really stick with them! Make sure these goals are realistic and then SCHEDULE it into your day. I know that sounds so corporate and boring, but make sure to schedule time for yourself!
My word for the year is happiness - I am a very happy person, but I know there can be more! I will be prioritizing those items a LOT this year in order to bump up my level of happiness even more!
