Tofu Scramble - This recipe is SO easy and very filling! I made this video for my friend Pamela, so I wanted to multipurpose it and share it with all of you too!
This is a go-to for breakfast a couple times each week! Tons of protein and a nice hearty meal. You really only have to squish it up, toss on the seasoning options you choose, and warm it up!
1 block of firm or extra firm tofu
2 tablespoons - nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon - garlic salt
1 teaspoon - onion salt
Salt and Pepper to taste
