How fun are these nachos? And - more important - easy! What is in your fridge? You can add all of those odds and ends and make a fun and healthier version of nachos! Get creative and start adding all the toppings you can think of!

Nachos are one of those things you might think you never can have again if you go plant-based, but there are so many vegan cheese options these days! I am even finding more and more options at restaurants so you can have the same thing as your co-worker and no one will know the difference (except for your arteries b/c there isn't any cholesterol in your choice!).

Side note - You should follow Amy on social media as well! We used to teach yoga together and she is just a great lady! I love her way of life and how she is helping others get healthy!
