I have tried several different grains in my breakfast over the years. At first it was a little weird because I just wasn’t used to it. Now I am up for anything!
Don't be scared to head over to the bulk bins. This is a great place to experiment! I like to experiment (now that I am vegan) and will get one cup of every type of grain or rice I have never heard of! Then I will head to Google and find some recipes to go with them. It's funny how we get stuck with one thing and never change -- only to find that there are a zillion other options!
Let me know what you think about sorghum! Is it something you will keep in your rotation? Or, did you find a new grain you have never considered cooking the last time you went to the grocery store?
