Ginger-Miso Dressing

Are you looking for a way to dress up your boring old rice and vegetables? THIS is the perfect recipe! It really tastes like something you would pay $$$ at a restaurant. It's always nice being able to mix something up quickly and affordably at home! When you cook at home you know exactly what ingredients you put in and the measurements of the ingredients so you can stay on a healthy trajectory when you are eating throughout the day.

I got this recipe from Derek Simnett, of Simnett Nutrition, who I follow on all social media platforms. His YouTube channel has gotten me through many walks on the treadmill when I am at the gym! I am always learning and he is always educating! Take a look at his page and I'm sure you will learn a lot too!


Recipe:

1 cup water

1 1/2 tbsp. tahini

1 tbsp. miso paste

1 inch piece of ginger

1 teaspoon tamari/soy sauce

1/8 avocado

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder
