I thought I would take you with me on a Saturday of eating. Everyone is always so curious what a vegan eats everyday. So - I put a video together.
Breakfast: Protein Banana Bread topped with PB2
Lunch: Cauliflower Gnocchi/Beyond Meat strips/Tomato sauce
Dinner: Seitan and sweet potatoes topped with peanut butter (Seitan Recipe)
Dessert: Kiwi and Protein Donut (Protein Donut Recipe)

If you have not topped sweet potatoes with peanut butter stop everything you are doing and try it. A friend of mine ate this all the time and I thought it was the weirdest combination....until I tried it! It.Is.Amazing! Let me know what you think!
