I hope the recipes are starting to have you brainstorm a bit and think creatively. As you go down this plant-based journey you will start finding things you like to eat and prepare and what works with your lifestyle.
Maybe you enjoy making a five course meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (if so, please invite me over!) or maybe you like simple meals. By all means I do not want you to get discouraged with these recipe ideas. I am including a wide range of options to show you that there are a lot of great options out there when going plant-based.
Many times I will see a fancy recipe with lots of ingredients and then it might trigger my brain to think of another item that is similar (and much easier to make) or it might make me realize that it is more cost effective to spend $15 on the meal at a restaurant (instead of spending $100 at the grocery store buying ingredients for a meal that may or may not turn out like I hope!).

Quick note - These are healthy donuts BUT just because it is vegan doesn’t mean it is healthy!!! So many people get that confused. Eat your fruits and veggies!
