I just posted a video on YouTube about how I make my chia seed pudding. You can make this as basic or as fancy as you want. I always add a scoop of protein powder to the mix and it literally only takes a couple of minutes to prepare.

4 tablespoons - Chia Seeds (You can find these anywhere...I actually happened upon some, most recently, at Ross of all places, and bought 5 bags because the prices were so low!)
1.5 cups - soy milk (Or, your choice of dairy free milk. I use homemade milk from my soy milk machine, that is the best!!)
1 scoop - protein powder (I use a variety of brands and flavors depending on what I am in the mood for)
Mix all ingredients together, preferably in a high speed blender, pour into container, place in fridge overnight, enjoy!
I typically make 3-4 servings at a time so I have it on hand in the fridge. I just combine everything all at once, blend, pour, place in fridge. This is a really easy one to meal prep!
