You can be as fancy or as basic as you want. I, personally, go with basic. My recipe: 1 ½ cups of soy milk, 1 scoop of protein powder, and 4 tablespoons of chia seeds.
This is a great recipe that is an easy meal prep and easy to eat on the go if necessary! I make 3-4 servings and then eat it throughout the week (typically for breakfast).
