We all have our favorites - right? That includes people who eat a plant-based diet! I find that I get on a "kick" and have the same things over and over until I find something new and something falls off the rotation list and something new and exciting gets added!

1. Tofu Scramble

2. Sweet Potatoes (with peanut butter, cinnamon, and pink Himalayan sea salt)

3. Pad Thai (no eggs - tofu only)

4. Protein Pancakes

5. Big Salad
